- Facility Information (Employers): Facility name, facility type, NPI number, and location
- Profile Information: Professional bio, years of experience, and current employer
- Job Preferences: Search radius, availability status, and job type preferences
- Communications: Messages sent between radiologists and employers through the platform
- Device Information: Device token for push notifications, device type and operating system
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account
- Match radiologists with relevant job opportunities based on subspecialties, location and availability
- Facilitate communication between radiologists and employers
- Send push notifications about new job matches and application updates
- Verify professional credentials and maintain platform integrity
- Improve our matching algorithms and platform features
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service
- Provide customer support
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With Employers: When you apply for a position, your professional profile and credentials are shared with the posting employer
- With Radiologists: Employers can view applicant profiles after receiving an application
- Service Providers: We use Supabase for secure database and authentication services
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred to the new entity

Face ID and Biometric Data
RadiMatch offers Face ID authentication as a convenient sign-in option. We want to be clear about how this works:
- Face ID authentication is processed entirely on your device by Apple's secure enclave
- RadiMatch never receives, stores, or transmits your biometric data
- We only receive a pass/fail result from the authentication attempt
- You can disable Face ID login at any time in your device settings
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
- Authentication is handled by Supabase with secure token management
- Passwords are never stored in plain text
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We regularly review and update our security practices
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Push Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications to alert you about:
- New job opportunities matching your subspecialties and location
- Application status updates
- New messages from employers or applicants
- Verification status updates
You can disable push notifications at any time through your iPhone's Settings app under Notifications โ RadiMatch.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Upon request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
